2: Connect your Mind and Body: Get yourself into the right energy and mindset
3: Shift any old thinking Patterns: Through Hypnotherapy we can discover and change any old ways of thinking that may be holding you back.
4: Advanced Goal Setting: Learn how to goal set so effectively it will seem thoughtless and most importantly habitual.
5: Setting yourself up for success: We have regular catch ups to see if we need to do anymore work on your mindset and look to other professionals if required to help you along your weightloss journey.
How does it work?
This package was designed from scientific research on what types of therapies work with weightloss. It is designed from a holistic perspective and includes positive psychotherapeutic techniques, hypnotherapy, energy work, mindfulness and coaching.
Many clients have found by changing their mindset on weightloss and being supported in the process; that they get results and long-lasting changes.

Most clients require 6-8 hours of therapy over 2-3 months to achieve their changed mindset. In your initial consultation we discuss your individual needs and what this will look like by writing up an individualised weighloss program.
